These conditions govern sales of artwork made exclusively on the website www.ink-by-karinezibaut.com. They are accessible to the buyer on this site at the time of ordering. The Latest update of these conditions is dated hereabove in the sub-title.

2. Prices and paintings
The prices displayed on every artwork of this website are indicated in € - all taxes included - excluding delivery costs (see §5. delivery). Artworks ordered will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time that the order is placed.
With regard to orders outside mainland UK, you are the importer of the artwork in question and consequently responsible for any custom charges or declarations depending on the current customs rules in place in your country.
The artworks shall remain the full property of www.ink-by-karinezibau.com until receipt of the full price indicated.
3. Ordering and transaction approval
When you confirm your order by clicking on the “Buy my Selection”, you are declaring that you have read and accepted these general conditions of sale in their entirety.
As soon as your order has been registered, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email following approval of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order made by a customer with whom payment in for a previous order is in dispute.
4. Payment
Payment for your purchases shall be made either in € or in £. Payment can be made by bank card Visa, Mastercard or American Express (in € only for AE). Payment is made online when you place your order. Your banking data is encrypted during the transaction (SSL technology).
5. Delivery
Artworks can be sent worlwide with a tracking of the parcel. The shipping costs at your expense vary depending on the destination country and are fully debited to you whilst validating the order on the website.
Orders placed shall be dispatched within eight days after the order validated on the website. All works ordered together shall be sent as a single order.
Transit time after shipping are 5 working days for UK and France and between 5 and 15 working days for the other destination country These Transit time are purely indicative and cannot be regarded as a commitment made by ink-by-karinezibaut.com.
The delivery will be arranged at the address you filled in on the Website.
The transfer of risks with regards to artworks purchased takes place at the time of their handover by ink-by-karinezibaut.com to the carrier.
Reservations at the time of receipt of the works
It is your responsibility in the event of any shortcomings or damage, to inform the carrier of your reservations in a precise and detailed manner, writing “with reservations" on the delivery sheet, in order to take advantage of the contracted insurance policy.
You must send a list detailing the damage to karine.zibaut@orange.fr by email within 48 hours of delivery maximum in addition to a copy of the form on which your reservations are indicated.
6. Right of revocation: reimbursement
In case of revocation, you have 15 days as from receiving your order to return the artwork in its original packaging only and with shipping costs at your expense
The artwork not returned in its original packaging, damaged or dirty will not be accepted.
Returned artworks should be arranged with Karine Zibaut by email karine.zibaut@orange.fr. If all the above conditions are met, we undertake to reimburse you within 15 days of its receipt.
7. CASE of FORCE MAJEURE
www.ink-by-karinezibaut.com shall not be held liable or regarded as at fault in the processing of an order if any delay of execution results from a case of force majeure.
8. Rights to the work and intellectual property
The artist shall remain the owner of the copyright. The representation and reproduction rights to the works displayed on the ink-by-karinezibaut.com website belong to Karine Zibaut.. A formal authorization provided by her is required in order to exercise these rights.
All items appearing on the site are protected by copyright, trademark law and any other intellectual property rights. No reproduction and/or adaptation shall be made without the formal authorization of the artist.
Your rights to the purchased artwork are therefore limited to private usage only, hence excluding any reproduction or public representation.
9. Confidentiality

In accordance with the law, you can access this information, request its amendment or rectification or ask to be removed from our data base by sending an email to: karine.zibaut@orange.fr
10. Applicable legislation - Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to UK law. In the event that a dispute arises as a result of this contractual relationship, the buyer and Ink-by-karinezibaut.com undertake to seek an out of court solution before instigating legal proceedings.
